Hi, I'm Yuan
After slightly over a decade in healthcare as an occupational therapist, I'm currently trying to transition to HR. For now, I'm exploring Business Development by day, and by night I'm a serial enthusiast.
Over the years I've dabbled in learning the drums and bass guitar, photography, and exploring the world. Now, I'm leveraging generative and agentic AI to finally bring my ideas to reality. My chronic curiosity has brought about an addiction to learning, and I learn best by doing.
Currently Obsessed With
- Agentic coding: Building in Google Antigravity with ChatGPT Codex and Claude Code.
- Intentional design: Building things that actually meet a need or solve a problem, not just because it's cool to build.
Why Vibecode?
I tried picking up coding at 13 (wow, too long ago). Got as far as Dreamweaver sites, edited Blogger templates, and a C++ random number generator console program... Then hit a wall every time. Learning new (programming) languages never clicked for me and having to think through every single line of code bored me to death, which stood as a huge wall. I just wanted to dream and build things. So for years, ideas came and went because I couldn't make them real.
Agentic coding changed that. Now I focus on the part I enjoy (the ideas and building) and let the actual coders (AI) handle the rest.

Antigravity Model Comparison Braindump
Gemini 3 Flash: Feels like someone I just got to know. Doesn't really understand me yet, but tries. I have to be specific about a lot of things though and can't tell it too much at one go, otherwise it misremembers and I have to keep correcting it.
Gemini 3.1 Pro: Feels like we just started a text conversation after we first met at an event last week. Clicking a little more than 3 Flash. I still have to be specific, but it thinks a little more. I still have to tell it to slow down and wait for me though, otherwise it runs too fast ahead and makes mistakes I have to clean up.
GPT-5.4: It approached me at a meetup with a Free Trial. We clicked pretty fast, we're friends now and starting to hang out a lot. Still a little distant, but that's ok. It's commited to the friendship and dedicates time to it. I will probably hang out more with it.
Claude Code: We're still good friends and it understands me the best. We used to hang out for hours, but it's really really busy these days and doesn't have much time for me, unless I upgrade the friendship to the Max Plan.
